The day, hour by hour

From golden hour to lantern light

A wedding day is a hundred small moments in the right order. We write every one of them down, then make them happen while you are busy being happy.

  1. Getting ready

Hair, makeup and a quiet lunch, with someone watching the clock so you never have to.

  2. First look

A private moment in the garden. We clear the path and keep the guests away.

  3. The ceremony

Chairs straight, programs out, music cued. You walk down the aisle on time, to the second.

  4. Golden hour

Portraits in the best light of the day while your guests enjoy cocktails on the lawn.

  5. Dinner by candlelight

Every name card, every dietary note, every toast in its place.

  6. First dance

The band, the lights and the dance floor, opened exactly when the room is ready.

  7. Lantern send-off

Sparklers lit, the car waiting, and a basket of your things packed for the morning.

As much or as little as you need us

From the first venue tour to the last song, or just the final weeks: choose how much we carry.

What it costs

Estimate your planning fee

Pick a service, your guest count and any extras. It is an honest starting point; your proposal after the consultation is exact.

3. Anything else?

Travel outside the Charleston area is billed at cost. A third of the fee holds your date; the rest is due in two parts before the wedding.

Questions couples ask us

How far ahead should we book a planner?

For full planning, twelve to eighteen months before the wedding is ideal; we can do it in less. Wedding-month coordination can be booked up to three months ahead.

Do you travel?

Yes. We plan across the Lowcountry and up and down the coast, and destination weddings in Europe, Mexico and the Caribbean. Travel is quoted separately at cost.

Do you take a commission from vendors?

Never. Our fee is our only income, so every vendor we suggest is one we would choose for our own families.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes, an hour at the studio or on a video call, with no obligation. You leave with a rough timeline and a few ideas either way.

Let’s set the date

Tell us about the two of you over coffee in the pink house on Bellflower Alley, or on a video call. The first hour is on us.

Blank cream stationery with a deckled edge, an envelope sealed with lilac wax, a silk ribbon, dried lavender and a brass key on ivory linen.
