A planner’s flat lay on ivory linen: a leather binder, fabric swatches in blush and lilac, a seating plan sketch, wax seals and a bud vase of garden roses.

Full planning is for couples who want to enjoy being engaged. We start with a long conversation about the two of you, then turn it into a venue, a team of vendors, a design and a day that runs on time.

You make every decision that matters. We do the research, the calls, the contracts, the spreadsheets and the thousand small things in between, and we tell you only what you need to know.

Right for you if

  • You want the wedding to feel effortless, start to finish
  • You both work full time or live out of state
  • You have a vision but no idea where to begin

What’s included

  • A lead planner from the first call to the last dance
  • Venue search, tours and contract review
  • Vendor shortlists, booking and every contract
  • A budget we track for you, line by line
  • Full design: palette, florals, tables, paper
  • A minute-by-minute timeline for the day
  • Rehearsal and the whole team on the wedding day

How it unfolds

  • A free consultation, then a written proposal
  • A planning kickoff and a budget you are comfortable with
  • Venue and the key vendors in the first three months

Questions

How many meetings are there?

As many as you need. Most couples meet us six to ten times, and we answer messages every working day.

Do we choose the vendors?

Always. We bring two or three we trust for each role and you pick the one you love.
